“Beneath A Thousand Suns, Love Endures” is a 360 m² suspended installation created by Ahmet Yiğider for the Seluz Pavilion in Dubai in 2025. Dedicated to love and the sun, the work is composed entirely of suspended ropes treated with a gradient-dyeing technique, where geometry, gravity and fluidity shape a field of color, movement and light. Inspired by a reflection by 20th-century psychiatrist and author David Viscott — “To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides” — Yiğider approaches love not as an image to be represented, but as a force that surrounds, connects and endures.
