Baksı Museum annually brings together experienced artists with art students who want to improve themselves in “Utopia Workshops” in July and August to think, design, raise awareness and dream of the future in the nature-friendly atmosphere of Baksı.

Ahmet Yiğider, the youngest artist invited to “Utopia Workshops”, explored the unique geography of the BAKSI region with his participating students, by touching and smelling. The group detected a performance-oriented artistic transformation based on the senses, especially the sense of smell. The resulting work processes, experiments, and performances were turned into a short documentary film for the BAKSI MUSEUM archive.
